In every Illinois divorce, legal separation, or parentage case that involves support, both of the parties must disclose their financial wherewithal. They are required to exchange their financial information via affidavits furnished by the county in which their case is pending.
The form below is a prototype of Illinois’ new standardized financial disclosure form. When it or a version of it is adopted, its use will be mandatory in every county.
